The residential properties link will start you on the exciting process of finding your home or investment property.  Because Purple Finch Properties believes in working with buyers at their pace, we will not be asking for contact information in the beginning stages of your search.

We do invite you to contact one of your agents to schedule a convenient showing for properties that interest you.  The agent will talk with you about your goals so they can pin-point exactly what you are looking for.  They understand you have responsibilities in your life and they do not want to waste your time looking at properties that do not meet your criteria.  Each agent provides their client with information on the buying process and guides their client in a way that makes the experience less stressful.

Our agents know buyers have different levels of experience in real estate and are trained in providing the direction that matches your needs.  Helping a first-time buyer is very different than working with a move-up buyer or a client that is downsizing.  Agents are also trained in the process of representing buyers looking for investment opportunities.

Purple Finch Properties has relocation covered! When relocating to a different area there are many added challenges to the move.  We can help by offering the following:

• Conference/video calls

• Written summary of your needs and timeframe required

• Pre-view properties of interest and send pictures/videos

• Provide links to town and school information

• Assist you in planning your 'house hunting' trip (places to stay, appointments that work for you)

• Assist with basic utilities arrange cleaning service or groceries

• Work with you through the offer, home inspection and closing
